My name is Anna Szemes, I am a Valencia-based personal trainer and online fitness coach. Most people think of personal trainers as the person that you go see for an hour every week and they tell you what exercises to do in the gym. When it comes to my personal training services, I give you more than that.

  • I fully acknowledge that everybody has different goals and aspirations when it comes to the gym. Some want to become stronger, others want to be able to run a half-marathon. Some want to lose weight, others want to gain muscle. For this reason I personalize my training programmes both in my in-person PT sessions and also in my online coaching.

  • I help you set specific, measurable goals that are achievable and realistic for you. 

  • Keeping track of progress through regular check-ins and testing.

  • Being available for consultations via phone or e-mail whenever needed.

My opinion counts twice, because I absolutely hate sports :)) I only started training because of my lifestyle change - and I didn’t stop after the first session, which is Anna’s credit. I think of Anna as much more than a personal trainer: her professionalism is so thorough that she can perfectly match the training to your body, your goals and your endurance. I always admired how easily she adapted if I told her before training that I arrived that day with a sore shoulder. It felt very good that she compared everyone only to themselves and their invested energy, and not to others. And her constant positive feedback motivates you so much that you go to the next training session enthusiastically. (Yes, even me). What I would like to emphasize the most: she takes care of the correct execution of every exercise to the maximum, so no one will get hurt with her. I also really liked that she is a consistent coach, but is also very understanding.
