Why Body Positive?

Growing up I was never really into sports. I was not particularly talented in any sport and I was never involved in any teams. Until my late teens I never paid attention to  exercise. Then in my late teens and early 20s exercise was meant to change my body, get smaller, more “toned”. It wasn’t until my mid-20s when I found exercise to be a source of enjoyment, a way to make myself stronger, and to build my endurance. Now I cannot imagine my life without movement, let it be weightlifting, yoga, running or walking.
I started my professional career in an office like so many others but quickly realized that I want to help people experience the joy of movement and assist them to create sustainable healthy habits that improve their quality of life.
My focus as a Personal Trainer is to help you set specific, measurable and attainable fitness goals and give you the tools that will lead you to success!

We all have different goals when it comes to fitness and I 100% respect that. You will not find me forcing weight loss or bulking on you unless that’s what you want to achieve. My mission is to create training programmes that match the person and their goals. When it comes to training sessions, my role is to push you to your limits, but also to know when it’s time to dial down. For some, fitness and exercise comes easy, for others, it is very hard to stay motivated. That’s when I will be there to support you!

Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer (2019 December)

Receiving my personal trainer certifications after having completed an internationally accredited course in Budapest, Hungary.

Opening my own Personal Training Studio (2020 September)

I opened my private functional training studio in Budapest, Hungary. With some of my clients we’ve been working together ever since!

Becoming a Pre-postnatal fitness coach (2021 August)

Learning about conscious movement during pregnancy and the importance of rehabilitation and re-building core-strength postpartum.

Moving to Valencia, Spain (2023 June)
