    Individual session (in person)

    If you’re new to the gym or you haven’t exercised in a while, it might be a good idea to invest in a few personal training sessions. Each private session is based on a training program that is tailored to your goals and capabilities. In addition to developing a personalized exercise programme, your personal trainer conducts each session and corrects your form during exercise. Whether it's about improving strength or endurance, correcting posture and alleviating back pain, send me a message and we will work out a solution for your individual needs!

    Online Coaching

    This exercise programme is designed for those who have some experience with strength training, are able to work individually and have access to equipment (gym based or home based). It is a 6-week personalized transformation programme developed to match your goals. It contains exercise programming and exercise selection, weekly check-ins via skype, e-mail consultations when needed, and nutrition coaching.

    6-Week Transformation

    If you want to truly commit to your fitness and exercise goals, but need some help along the way, this 6-week transformation programme is for you! During these 6 weeks we will focus on building healthy habits that will move you closer to your goals, let it be weight loss, gaining muscle or gaining strength. The programme includes two personal training sessions per week (in person or online), a personalized training and nutrition plan, prgoress tracking and feedback, as well as continuous support via e-mail and phone.

FAQs

  • I am located in Valencia, Spain. You can train with me on two locations. Either in a traditional gym settings in Synergym Valencia Peset or in an open-air training park in Turia park.

  • I have multiple available personal training programmes ranging from €100 to €250. A single personal training session cost €20.

  • Before we start working together, I invite you for a FREE consultation and trial session. This way you will have an idea what the training sessions will look like and you can decide if you want to purchase your training programme.

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 24+ hours in advance your session will not be deducted from your pass.

  • During your first session I will assess your movement patterns to discover limitations and potential musculoskeletal issues. Then, I will design a workout programme for you that considers your strengths and weaknesses to help you reach your fitness goals.

  • As a personal trainer I cannot prescribe a diet, but I can help keep you on track and give recommendations. I can also refer you to a registered dietitian if needed.
